The colour of the flowers is totally different from what’s shown in the picture. I wanted bright orange and I got light orange. Very disappointed

I am a regular customer but this time I faced a very bad service. I ordered 2 items to be delivered for my friends birthday, even though I organized everything well in advance, the delivery guy called my friend at 7:30pm !!!! Of course he wasn’t available at that time so they just decided to postpone it to next day! What a birthday surprise…. Sorry but I won’t order anymore

It was amazing from outside and inside , first time eat cake which combine this both , was huge , heavy and has homemade natural ingredients taste . Also it was specially made with a hazelnut taste like I wished and arrived in a perfect condition, also in time , exactly when I asked . It was really pleasure to order from here , now I know where to order cakes , will recommend to my friend also . P.S. was problem with card payment , I paid in cash on arrival, driver was very responsible reached easily right place.
Although the delivery was on time and the flowers really nice, the qty of flowers did not match the order nor the picture. It was unfortunate as it was for a very special birthday.
