How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our fast and user-friendly website www.mabrook.me which is also responsive for mobile devices to give you a seamless experience on any device.
Placing an order is as simple as adding your favorite product from our wide collections to the cart and simply checking out from the cart page. The site will guide you for the rest of the process.

Can I set my preferred delivery date and time?
Yes, you can set your preferred date and time for delivery on the cart page. Most products are available for same-day or next-day delivery. Delivery times may vary based on the products in your cart as some take longer to prepare. Same-day delivery options will only appear for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman while all other emirates will show options starting the next day.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over the UAE, yes, no exception. The delivery is safe, handled with the right care needed for your product and delivered during the slot you select so you don’t have to wait the whole day wondering when your order will arrive or change your plans for us.
Do you have a pick up option?
No, we currently do not have a pick-up option. However, if you wish to pick up for any reason, we can meet you at a place of your choice and a time of your choosing (1 hour window). To arrange such a pick up, please reach us on WhatsApp or call us at +971 54 703 8647 as we currently do not have pick up scheduling on our website.
What are the possible payment methods?
You can pay through Credit or Debit Card or PayPal at checkout. You can also choose to pay by Cash on Delivery. All card payments are secure and handled through Telr, a secure payment gateway. mabrook.me does not have access to or cannot store your card information.
How can I reach customer service before or after placing an order?

How can I know the status of my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us stating your order and payment details. Once your order has left us, you will receive a notification of delivery en route on email and phone, if you have chosen to do so on the thank you page after placing your order. You may also reach out to us on WhatsApp, Phone or Email to ask about your order status.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order up to 24 hours in advance. For personalized items, they must be canceled 48 hours in advance. To cancel your order, please reach out to us via WhatsApp, Phone, Email or the website Contact Form on the Contact Us page.
How can I know about your latest offers and products?
To know about our latest offers, new arrivals and festival collections, subscribe to our mailing list at the bottom of any page on the website. Just enter your email address in the field and hit Subscribe.
Do you personalize gifts?
Yes, we can personalize almost everything on our website. We specialize in personalized cakes, cupcakes, merchandise, gift cards, greeting cards, and anything at all. Find from many already listed on the website or reach out to us via the website Contact Form on the Contact Us page or via WhatsApp, Phone or Email.
How can I check if my customization is possible?

What items are eligible for refund?
You can return all items within 14 days of delivery against a full refund except perishable items like food and flowers. Personalized/Customized items may not be eligible for return and refund. If you are returning or requesting a refund due to damages, irrespective of the nature of the product, our team will issue you a full refund. We may ask for evidence of damage to improve our handling and learn from our mistakes.
What is the process for refund?
Not happy with our service? Well we do our best to satisfy our customers every time but if we did not succeed this time, please reach out to us using any of our contact channels and let us know what happened. Our team will arrange collection for the return items, free of cost, and issue a full refund using the mode of payment used during order placement. In case of perishable goods like food and flowers, a return may not be arranged, but the amount will be refunded.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
Depending on the mode of payment, it may take from 1 to 14 days. For card payments, refunds are issued immediately on the card upon acceptance of a refund request; however, banks may take from 2 to 14 business days to process it.
Can you help with organizing big events?
Yes, we definitely can. While we are not an event management company but in our line of work we do know and many as our customers, companies that we can refer you to take care of it all. Or, we can supply the goods for the big event to take some load off your hands. We have in our collection hundreds of party supplies to choose from, themed and otherwise. We also supply themed cakes, cupcakes and chocolates to match the colors or occasion of your event. If you don’t find what you are looking for, just reach out and we will arrange it for you.
Is my order handled safely?
Absolutely and no compromise here. Our staff is trained to handle your goods with care, taking all medical and food handling precautions. The food items are prepared fresh, transferred in refrigerated vehicles and packed in hygienic food worthy packaging.
What are Mabrook Exclusives?
Mabrook Exclusives are a collection of products that are only available on mabrook.me or at least are first available on mabrook.me. These are the latest and greatest from the tech and STEM world as we try to bring them first to you. This collection also includes some unique products like original hand made paintings or other similar collectibles.
Do I get a reward for placing orders with you?
Yes, quite a lot actually. For every Dirham spent, mabrook.me rewards you 5 Mabrook Points. Reward points can be redeemed against future purchases where 1 Mabrook Point is equivalent to 1 Fil. Lets uncomplicate the math here, you spend AED 100, you get 500 Mabrook Points which you can redeem on your next order to get AED 5 discount. That is a massive 5% CASHBACK.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we have a very rewarding referral program. Just send your referral link, which you can find on the Mabrook Rewards page on our website, to a friend and when they make a purchase you get AED 20 in your wallet which can be redeemed on your next order. There is no limit on the number of referrals or the amount you can earn. Oh, the person you refer us to, also get a AED 20 credit to use on their next purchase. That's such a win-win.
Where can I see my reward points?
You can see your points on the Mabrook Rewards page on our website. Simply click on the link in the main menu or tap on the small floating “gift” icon at the bottom left of the window.
Are there other ways of earning rewards?
Yes, you can earn 500 Mabrook Points on Signing Up and 500 Mabrook Points on Celebrating a Birthday with us. Just tap on Mabrook Rewards in the main menu or on the floating Gift icon button on the bottom left and follow the instructions under the Ways to Earn option. We love to see when you celebrate your birthday with us and while you earn some extra points for that, we put in some extra effort to make your day.
How can I redeem my reward points?
Simple as a piece of cake. Just tap on Mabrook Rewards in the main menu or on the floating Gift icon button on the bottom left and a pop screen will show up. Click on the Way to Redeem option and press Redeem to get your voucher code. Use this voucher code at checkout to redeem your rewards.
